What to Prepare Before Opening a B2B Lubricant Account

A practical checklist for companies preparing to open a commercial lubricant purchasing account with MAXILUB.

Business account

Company and purchasing contacts

Prepare the legal business name, billing and delivery addresses, primary buyer, accounts-payable contact, business email and phone number. Use information that matches your company records so account review and future order communication stay consistent.

Expected purchasing pattern

List the product categories, estimated monthly or annual volume, typical package sizes and reorder frequency. Estimates are acceptable when a new program is being planned. The goal is to understand the likely service and inventory pattern, not to force an exact commitment before the account is reviewed.

Delivery and receiving requirements

Provide delivery ZIP codes, normal receiving hours and any dock, liftgate, forklift or site-access considerations. If several locations will order, identify which address should be the primary account and how purchasing approval is handled.

Choose the right next step

New customers can submit the business-account application. Existing customers should use the reorder path or contact the MAXILUB sales team. Submission starts a review and does not by itself guarantee credit terms, pricing or product availability.

Related catalog paths

Use the guide as a comparison framework, then review the verified signals and available product data sheet on each listing.
